Iceland: Bin there, done that...

Icelanders like to be inventors and initiators; the first at doing exceptional things. However, they seldom are, and the size of the population can explain why. Although the country produces many self-proclaimed geniuses, they go mostly unnoticed among the nations.

Recently, however, the Icelander have been able to set some exceptional records. Long before some rogue states in Europe found the urge to recognise old Palestine as a state with the rights to kill Jews, an Icelandic foreign minister went to Gaza and fraternised with Hamas, as if he was a long lost member of the Islamic brotherhood. Soon after Iceland had solid diplomatic ties with Palestine. 

Few days ago the Germans nearly fainted, because a shop-owner in old merry Flensburg, which once belonged to Denmark, denied Jews access to his second hand and spare parts store. The international media reported about this nasty German fellow, who was implementing his own Nuremberg measures, by denying Jews access to his shop.

Ha, ha, harh. Touche! Little Iceland is the victor of the anti-Jewish measure-games - and certainly not Germany. In 2009, the owner of a bike-shop/bike-repair-joint in Central part of the huge Reykjavík metropolitan area prohibited Jews from entering his shop. The two Jew-haters, one in the greater-Metropolitan Reykjavik area and the other in merry old Flensburg, seem to be lookalikes. Possibly family?? They look like grumpy old men, most likely with tradition in their families for Antisemitism and blaming.
